Benchmarking University Property Management in the Nordic countries

KTI and IPD Norden have since 2008 carried out projects with the Nordic university property management organisations with the aim of benchmarking management practices and core indicators of uninversity properties. The study in 2010 will focus on updating the descriptions of organisations, management practices and trends in university property management, as well as describing the current approach to social responsibility within the university property organisations. Some key indicators with regards to space costs and efficiency will be reported. Please find more information here.
